MENEZES POLYCLINIC ANNOUNCE BRAIN AND SPINE CARE SERVICES
PANJIM: The Menezes Polyclinic in its bid
of providing affordable and quality medical care to those that need it most
announced their “Brain and Spine care services” in Goa.
Dr. Aadil S Chagla, Chief Unit 2 Department
of Neurosurgery K E M hospital Mumbai and recent Rashtra Ratna Awardee, will be
visiting the Menezes Polyclinic on the 27th Jan at 9 .30 am.
Dr. Aadil has performed both, elective and

As a Professor at the King Edward Memorial
Hospital, the largest Municipal Hospital in Mumbai which caters to a population

spectrum of cases in neurosurgical practice.
“I am, however, drawn to the challenges of
vascular surgery and lesions involving the sellar and suprasellar locations
such as giant craniopharyngiomas. I fancy surgical excision of lesions in the
peri-sylvian area particularly around the speech area and the motor strip. I
also like to operate on intraventricular tumors which are often huge in our

also part of my areas of interest,” informed Dr. Aadil.
Dr. Aadil is also setting up Free Trauma
care to accident victims on the dangerous National Highway 17 (now renamed NH 66)
which connects Mumbai to Goa. The first of many such trauma units is being set
up at (Kambla) Mahad a site which is particularly prone to accidents and is
near the Savitri river where there was this infamous bridge collapse where over
70 innocent victims lost their lives
Dr. Aadil is available for consultations at
Menezes Polyclinic, Panjim until lunch time on 27th Jan, 2017.
